Landlords: Central heating contract advice please.

in House buying, renting & selling
I have a house I let out which is a few hours from where I live. It is fully managed by an agent. I have a contract with BG which covers gas safety certificate and fire inspection. It also covers emergency repairs for central heating and plumbing. It seems expensive as the new quote is £470 per year. Last year they did get called a lot because there was a leak in the shower.
Do any landlords use other companies that are more reasonable?
Any advice gratefully received. :D
