We stayed here over Easter 2010, my son, who was 11 at the time, cut his knee badly on a broken tile in one of the pools. A large chunk of flesh was gouged from his knee. This spoilt the rest of the holiday as he couldn't bend his knee, walk very well or swim. He is left with a very visable scar. I reported it to the rep. but should have asked for a copy of his report. I have made a claim on my son's behalf via our home insurance policy but Thomas Cook deny responsibility as they say that the pools were inspected, although externally.
Has anyone else stayed here and had a similar problem ?
Any advise ?

We stayed here a couple of years ago and couldn't fault the place the only bad things were the horrendous mozzie bites we all got but that's to be expected.

Isn't it a bit late to be claiming 15 months after the incident happened? What are you claiming for? Medical bills?
