So it appears that the threshold for receiving WTC is £17792 p.a or thereabouts.
I am looking for work after my partner was made reduntant, our income will be somewhat less than her salary and likely to be under the WTC threshold too, does this mean that if I earn say £13k p.a. my salary will be made up to £17792??

If that was the case dont you think people would go out and get the lowest paid job possible, ie 6k a year, in order to get benefit top up to amount to 17.5k.
Pop your salery details into entitledto.com and it will tell you how much WTC you may get. But it wont be anything like the £92 per week you think you will get with your thinking0
