Mobile Email - Nokia 6230 / 6230i

My O2 email has been working fine for over 2 years on my Nokia 6230, but will now not work on a new 6230i.

This is email accessed via the "Email Application" and not via the O2 web.

Contacted O2, who do not seem to be able/willing to help as I am a PAYG customer.

New phone asks for "Access Point Authentication Needed" when attempting to retreive any email.

Is there possibly a setting that I need to amend, I copied all that could be seen over from the 6230.

Thanks for that, I have now managed to get to my O2 email account by going online via the mobile, but still cannot access email via the "Email" application.

On the old 6230 I could do both.

O2 just keep saying that email is not supported on PAYG, which is nonsense really as we pay for it each time it is accessed the same as contract customers.
