nationwide flexaccount (New year's resolution)

HOW CAN I PERSUE THE NATIONWIDE BUILDING SOCIETY FOR WHAT I BELIEVE IS A BREACH OF CONTRACT FOR WITHDRAWING MY BANKING FACILITIES AND LANDING ME IN EVEN MORE TROUBLE FINANCIALLY, and how can i legally stop making any more payments to their organisation? i've got an account with the nationwide which i've been unable to use since mid nov 2005 because i had my card retained. when this happened the balance was in overdraft £1300ish, i'd been having problems with my employer paying my wages into an incorrect account on two occasions with me going about life as normal this meant getting hit with a load of charges and then trying to claw back the cash from these accounts and the charges from my employer, one successful and one not. things got worse! i also have a loan with nationwide too. when access to my account was taken away from me i had to go back to an old account with hbos and all the fuss involved with changing direct debits etc. etc. needless to say i didn't transfer the loan account or overdraft account details, have so far paid £1000 off the overdraft account the balance of which is now around £750/800 obviously what i've paid is mostly interest and charges. the loan acct is ticking along nicely with not being hit for too much in charges... heres the thing. because nationwide were so good to me in my hour of need when i was asking for their help, by not extending my overdraft facility any further and trying to bully me into downgrading my account, which we both refused to do. they took my flexaccount visa card off me the next time i used a cashpoint to check my balance. leading to many phone calls, anger, depression and a lot of very negative thinking. this has been really bugging me for a long time now as you can probably imagine! So now my new year's resolution is to find out. HOW CAN I PERSUE THE NATIONWIDE BUILDING SOCIETY FOR WHAT I BELIEVE IS A BREACH OF CONTRACT FOR WITHDRAWING MY BANKING FACILITIES AND LANDING ME IN EVEN MORE TROUBLE FINANCIALLY and how can i legally stop making any more payments to their organisation? 2007 see's me happy with HBOS (really!) in credit and looking for my money back.

This is not meant as a slight to you but I'm sure if your post was written with proper punctuation, sentence and paragraph layout, then more people would read it and offer helpful comments.
As it stands, it's just too difficult.
Could just be me, but there you go.
    Cheers.

Me too. I was bored so here's my attempt at a repost:
How can I persue the nationwide building society for what I believe is a breach of contract for withdrawing my banking facilities and landing me in even more trouble financially, and how can I legally stop making any more payments to their organisation?

I've got an account with the Nationwide which i've been unable to use since mid nov 2005 because I had my card retained.

If you read the contract terms you will probably find that you have breached the contract by going over your overdraft limit and NW have terminated the contract in accordance with those terms.
Are your banking activities as chaotic as your writing style? If so, it could be that the bank got a bit frustrated with trying to get you to put matters in order.
Sorry that this is not more helpful but I suspect that there's not a lot you can do other than pay your obligations.

I'm sure it says in the contract that they can withdraw service at any time of their choosing.....

They can take cards if they feel you will carry on spending if you are over limit.

But usually they would contact you to make a payment plan ect?
