BT/Openreach have redirected an existing cable route which ran down our lane, not just over my property but right over my house. They did the work while we were out but made no attempt to seek permission beforehand.
We have formally objected in writing but now we are being directed from one office to another and they never give a telephone contact.
Does anyone else have any advice on how to deal with Openreach on this matter?

Give them 14 days notice of your intention to remove the cable and charge them. Then do it. Make sure you have your proof of having contacted them.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
