Hi
I'm hoping for some inspiration. It's our first anniversary at the end of August and unfortunately I have not inherited the present imagination gene so I'm hoping for some ideas on a present for hubby.
I did think of maybe getting pictures being that the first one is paper but I hate getting my picture taken.
Help

Im soo glad you asked this! It's also my first anniversary on the 28th Aug and I have no idea what to get hubby! My added dilemma is that we will be in Majorca for our anniversary so need to get something I can take with us. My problem is that hubby isn't sentimental, so whilst I would like the bottle I don't think my hubby would. I thought an album of wedding pics but I cant see where on the laptop all the pics are stored and I don't want to ask hubby! I did get him a large canvas of one of the good pics of our wedding for his b'day, so maybe an idea for you?Spreading a little Christmas joy all year round :santa2:0

Is he into films. For our first anniversary, I printed some film scripts for hubbies favourite films, then had them bound with a nice back and cover ????0

We just celebrated 1 year.
I got husband tickets to The Oval (cricket mad and where we got married) and he got me a magazine subscription for a year!Give yourself a Chistmas bonus £14 a week!
Total so far £280 -
I think a magazine subscription could be a very good idea, shame my husband has expensive taste, will be about 60 pounds for a year! Next question - How could I pretty up a magazine sub? It's an american magazine so I don't think I would be able get one to wrap up!Spreading a little Christmas joy all year round :santa2:0

...unfortunately I have not inherited the present imagination gene...
Neither has my husband. It was our fifth two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for the present he wanted to get me (and swore blind he would "next week" when he got paid) because he had to spend the money on car parts :rotfl:
If I didn't love our little Fiat baby so much I'd be miffed, but she's older than me and blowing oil so she gets the anniversary present not me!
What about a naughty weekend away somewhere unusual, like a windmill or lighthouse B&B?"carpe that diem"0 -
These are some great ideas! I was going to get him tickets to a concert of a band he likes... Then he went and bought them himself... Typical!
I did think of a weekend away aswell, we are off to Italy the Saturday after our anniversary, so maybe could tie something into that.
The film idea is good to, he is really into the super hero films... Oh oh just had an idea, could get him some sort of comic he's always going on about the Marvel universe... :rotfl:0 -

Lol that is so me! I always struggle with buying presents and hubby always gets just the right ones. Or maybe I'm just easy to buy for :rotfl:0
