Problems with Seen Boutique

Hi
Can somebody please offer some advice. I bought a deal through KGB deals and paid £10 for a £50 voucher for seen Boutique. I placed an order and had to pay £4.95 for delivery. It took two weeks to arrive then when I got it, the order was wrong, they sent the wrong colour cardigan out and the dress I ordered was missing. After several emails to the company, they finally sent me a returns note to print off and arranged for a courier to collect it with no mention of the missing dress or an exchange.
The courier came two weeks ago to collect and I have not had anything since. Several attempts to contact the company via email and phone but have had no response whatsoever!
Do I have any rights or is there anybody I can report them to? I know £10 isnt a big loss but surely a deal is a deal!
Any advice appreciated... thanks!!

I did the same thing and received a cardigan but they didn't have the shorts in stock. To date they have never had the shorts in stock which was the only reason I bought the voucher. They hardly have any stock at all and what they do have I don't want.0
