Hello there, I'd like to declare at £317.37/£310 and bearing in mind we had a fortnight away really pleased with the amount. I have ebayed the house - anything not nailed down has gone, I don't think I have a thing left to sell so next month will be interesting to say the least, as being away meant I haven't done any mystery shopping either. Anyway, good luck with your targets everyone, I'm off to find the September thread
    I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!
  • Firstly, Well Done Everyone on your gains this month :money:

Finally got my Clubcard Vouchers of £6.50 (I class these as extra "earnings" not savings for me) and that's me lot ....

Declaring at £ 305.50 for August - so I'm a snoutsdepth short of my Target for August :o

Though I've already got a start on September due to the cut off point for OT & the added bonus of having done a bit more unexpected.

See you all in September's challenge!:j

  • Received £20 in Sainsburys vouchers today thanks to Maximiles.

Also closed another unused savings account which adds a whopping £1.01, so total for August is now £119.76. Still short, but does not look so bad now that it is into triple digits ;)

    Now on to September!

Big welldones to everyone for reaching targets, or for even making anything extra.

I'm adding £6 from a MS payment received yesterday, and also £25.30 profit after fees and postage etc from some nicely timed Ebay sales on Sunday evening which were luckily just in time to bring me up to and eeek just over my target, so am declaring £312.15 / £310

Will keep up the relentless Ebaying in September, and I really really want to do a car boot sale with lots of various little bits and bobs, and clothes etc that don't really sell on Ebay as there's no point anyone buying them once postage costs are taken into account. But will have to sort out a babysitter for our son, and convince OH to do the bootfair - not sure which is harder!! God I wish I could drive!!!

Got a bit of OT lined up too at the start and end of the month so that will help give me a boost.
See you all on the next thread :D

I hope I'm not too late to post my earnings this month... I haven't posted much but this thread has really inspired me to get working on earning!! I was out for a week or so doing interview prep but sadly it didn't pay off. Here is what I've managed to get:

Amazon - £45 after fees and postage
Play - £15 after fees and postage
    ebay - about £11
TCB - £16.66 (and 8 other transactions not tracked grrr)
Joined searchlotto through TCB and actually won on the lottery!!!! First time ever!! But it was only £1 lol
    Quidco - £1
Found a pureprofile account that had been long forgotten and managed to get that to £3.63
Nabbed £20 worth of bonus bonds from Mr Pincher who received them for being employee of the month.
    Music Magpie £12.13
    Found coins = a 2p and a 1p

Comes to £125.45 - a shortfall of £29.55 :( it's still £125 more than I would have raised though :) I shall attempt to do better next month!

Hey Everyone... (if anyone is still here?!?),

I forgot to declare last night, I managed £209.94/£310. Not great, but still a lot better than the £0 that I would have made had I not been part of the challenge! :j

See you all on the Sept thread!
