  • Hello Gang,

Well my unexpected OT tally for the week came in at £100
And another £9 (-the £1 it cost) from a scratch card win & my first road kill find of £1 ... So a grand total for the week of £110 :money:

Hopefully, even without any more OT this month - I should be able to reach target ....

But I need to start putting things in place / get the mental juices moving for future months, as to me, the OT is a windfall not a guarantee and I don't want to rely on it to hit the targets

Well done those making more rapid headway and great to see so many steadily getting closer to their targets, :T Don't lose heart if you're not as far along as you'd like .... afterall, even making a little extra is a real bonus for all of us :heartsmil

Just back from the car boot sale, made £32 profit and have cleared out some junk, which considering people weren't really willing to part with their money was pretty good. Strangely the stuff I thought would sell didn't and all the cheapo tacky stuff did! Lots of items finished on ebay last night at around £60ish in total, but I'm not going to add that to my total until I have worked out all the fees/postage amounts etc. Got a few more things to list on ebay later on but think I might have a little snooze in the sunshine first! :)

    hi all,

    congratulations on your hard work....
i have so far made 0.16 from interest and £25 from ebay sales. Just listed a few more bits and also some on a site that is free to list so hopefully they will sell.. not been on at all really as ended up in hospital and had an op unexpectedly nor planned. so icannt drive for another 5 weeks which is killing me however saving a fortune on petrol or taking the kids out. i have to be extremely creative though at home which is hard work, when i m not 100%!
but anyways onwards and upwards... the cc is cleared which was a gift so i have not included that in my figure.. i am now trying the rebuild savings i spent on nothing really which OH doesnt know about, but then again he didnt know we had any savings in the first place, but i am stressing to get back to where i was a few months ago.. so full steam ahead for me to get us back on track..

good luck all and hopefully i shall keep up with the posting!

Well I'm back from the car boot. Wasn't sure what to expect really as it was my first ever but it was quite enjoyable. I lucked out with a really good pitch and was constantly busy from the moment they allowed buyers in.
I'm not 100% sure how much I made because I forgot to get change so chucked in whatever I could find and didn't add it up to start :o
But I did make a note as and when I sold things with how much so added that up to give a total of £81.10 but I'm certain I didn't manage to write everything down in some of the really busy bits.
Either way, I'm very happy with the total!!

    Hey Everyone,

Not been around lately as I've had loads of work to do, and I haven't made any money. :(

Just requested £7.21 from TCB. I've got another £20 of Tesco vouchers to spend yet, but other than that I can't see myself getting much more money this month. We're on holiday again next in a week so can't list anything on ebay until we get back, by which time anything I list won't pay until sept.

Actually, I've got a couple of DS games left, and possibly a couple of Wii games to go, so I may do them on a 1 or 3 day listing as they tend to sell well no matter how long you list them for.

Good to see a lot of people doing well this month :)
