Hi
wonder if anyone can help please?
My 8month old Labrador has eaten through my external black BT internet/Phone cable. Does anyone know if it is easy to rewire ourselves and if so where to buy the cable from? I dread to think what Openreach would charge, we have the Broadband and phone through Sky.
Thanks

The drop wire is the property of Openreach and it is not permitted to touch it yourself, unfortunately you will incur the minimum call out charge of around £130. You'll need to book the repair via your line rental provider. No free lunch, and no free laptop
