This is the discussion thread for the following MSE News Story:

"Customers can double the value of their reward vouchers to spend on posh food, cosmetics and pet food ..."

Back to original post:

Hi,

was in Tesco yesterday and was told that the double up promotion is starting either at the weekend or beginning of August.

Hoping they are going to include laptops this time!

Should get the new vouchers in the next couple of weeks.

it's when you can double your clubcard vouchers to spend in certain departments, so if you have £5 in vouchers you can double it to £10 to spend on clothing, baby, smellies, electricial ect

Ohhhhhhh what to spend my alcohol booster points on! Between DTD and glitches it's hard to find what's left to buy apart from food and they don't normally let you double up on that.

Will be interesting to see if the prices go up when the double up happens. Might actually have a look at some TVs in the next day or two and see if they increase in price as would normally happen when they go 'on offer'.

Can confirm that it WON'T be happening either this weekend or early August.
