Just wondering this. As I have 3 packages but in Sept this year I will be getting all 6 for the same price, could I downgrade today to 1 pack and after the 30 day cancellation has passed, then pay the price of 1 pack as I will have all 6 come Sept 1st or is the choice of pack dependant on what you have come Sept 1st?0

maybe i'm just thick but i think they have so many packages on purpose to confuse simpletons like me into thinking we're getting a good deal:rotfl:
i'm still fuming after we splashed out on a skyHD box and thought we had a great deal with 3 months of free sky movies thrown in, trouble is they just rerun the same old movies every night:mad:
and all the movies we recorded and didn't have time to watch weren't accessible once the 3 months offer was up:(GRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED

Re my last post. I have just spoken to Sky and spoke to a lady whose accent was a bit hard to understand (not sure if it was through to a call centre in India, usually its a centre in Scotland) but basically what she told me was if I wanted to downgrade, the package I would get come Sept would depend on the package I was left with, so if I wanted to delete the knowledge and music and be left with the variety, I would only have a second package, but if I kept one of my other packages I would be paying £19.50 for the price of one package and then have all 6 come Sept and just pay the price for one pack until August 2012 she said.0

He says
I have the basic, plus docs & home channels. Am I going to get music, kids & the other one for free for a year?
Looks like it. I don't know exactly which channels you get right now, but Docs suggests Discovery, Nat Geo etc and they are in the Entertainment Plus pack:
http://www.sky.com/mysky/enjoymore/entertainment/index.html
Basically, if any of the channels you get right now are in the plus pack you will get all the channels featured here.
It's only a game

I pay for the 3 pack at the moment for £21.50. This includes kids stuff. If I want to continue having kids stuff I'll have to pay £25. Yeah that makes effing sense!!0

I just phoned Sky and in September I will be paying £19.50 for 6 packages - YAY:)0

MrsE I was paying £21.50 for 3 packs, variety, music and knowledge, but if I picked a pack that would be part of the Entertainment Plus in Sept, in this case either music or knowledge and just downgraded to that before this Sept 1st, then I would be paying £19.50 until August 31st next year and then £25 for Entertainment Plus unless I cancel or change to the basic entertainment package after the price freeze. Also as I have done this today I will not lose any of my 3 packs due to the 30 day notice clause. Hope this makes sense.0
