Would be good, but I'd be surprised if Sky would do that for current special deals (hope I'm wrong) more likely they aren't going to put prices of their packages up.

You need to check the small print at the bottom - won't apply to people on offers, only those that are paying full price .
    Hmmmmmmm
  • Price freeze details here :-

That's brilliant. I get no more channels, less money coming into the household due to no wage rises and high infaltion, and I get to pay the same for my Sky from a company who just announced they made £790m profit in 9 months. Who am I supposed to thank?
  • This was good news until I read what they have done with the packages. A few months ago I saved myself £4.50 a month by trimming off channels I didn't watch (the package range had changed since I joined and so I inherited some). In the email telling me of the price freeze I see they are rearranging the packages again and surprise surprise the package I'm being moved onto has all my old and un-viewed channels included. If I downgrade on the new range I loose several that I watch frequently. When the freeze is over, I will be paying more than I did before my trim a few months ago :-(

    Price Freeze :rotfl:

After putting it up every single year, they final thought they'll be pushing their luck this year

They are splitting the channels into just two packs instead of six for £20 and £25.

So after the price freeze if you have only two packs that you were paying £20.50 for, and you find that with the new two packs that one of your old packs is in both of the new packs then you will be paying £25, an increase of 22%.

So no increase this year but 22% next ;)

Shame I am getting it free at moment due to resolution of complaint, but the new price structure will put me off deciding to take active subscription out when freebie year ends !!!!!!!
