I got a nice silicone bundt cake mould in M&S sale. Please does anyone have a recipe that doesn't use a ready cake mix. I had a search but couldn't find anything. Many thanks.

It's a still from my big fat greek wedding . The english couple make a bundt cake and - it doesn't matter, I think it's only amusing if you've seen the film! :o

I recognise the people in it now - I've only seen the film once ages ago so it didn't immediately spring to mind!

Made the Nigella one last night thank you*Zippy*. If anyone else has the notion please leave in extra . My oven is Dante's Inferno and it took the whole suggested time. It looks beautiful and I will be filling this with raspberries tonight for my girls night in.

Last christmas I filled the hole in centre with whipped double cream mixed with some HM lemon curd, which I must make again as it was lovely.
