Cheapest place to find a villa

Hi,
I’m looking for the best place to book either a villa on its own or as part of a package deal.
There are two adults and we’re looking for a place with a private pool. Location wise, we’re not particularly fussy. Spain, Canaries, Cyprus, Greece – the usual places. We’d be looking to travel sometime around October/November.
We don’t have a budget in mind, but if someone could suggest some good websites, I can have a look around.
Thanks

Villas are often away from resorts, would you hire a car?Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

www.holidaylettings.co.uk would be a good place to start as many are bookings with owners direct.
www.ownersdirect.co.uk is another that gets mentioned a lot but have never used it0 -

http://www.holiday-rentals.co.uk/ is another. Watch out for people quoting price per day so when you sort by lowest price you get £100 per day before £350 per week.
We went to cyprus near phapos. Some nice ruins there and really cheap to get in. Beaches around phapos are the best though. Coral bay isn't bad but the rest aren't nice sand.0
