Over 20k luggage with Thomsons and they want £70!

As you say, the limit per case is 23kg only so we can't actually take 25kg anyway unless we take another case and I'm sure there will be a limit of one case per passenger written somewhere.

Oh dear this is what gives travel agents a bad name slipping things in, unless you are travelling this week, im sure they should be able to remove the extra luggage and the charity donation, make them ring the admin dept whilst you are in the shop so you can actually hear their answer whilst you are there and not be fobbed off.
There isn't a limit of 1 case each but if theres 3 of you who wants the inconvenience of taking another case just for 6kg.

We booked our package with Thomson at the travel agent after securing the price online first. They went through all the extras at the time and we were given a print out before we agreed to buy. We have standard seats at 20K + 5kg. We did buy 2 extra 5kgs as we spread the weight between the 4 of us so 22.5Kg each.
