after eyars of messing around with different brands, cooking our own pet food, we've finally found a fanastic brand, James Wellbeloved. [SIZE=-1]www.wellbeloved.co.uk/
really good stuff, no funny colours, and we've saved a fortune on disnfectant as the cats and dog don't have any digestive problems.
it seems dear, but it's got no fillers, so is less bulky, so animals need less quantity for better nutrition.
important to give the pet a measured amount using a cup with calibrations so don't slip into giving them too much.

Our little girl is a lively 13.5 year old and she is fed on dried food with the magical extra.
The `extra` is a little dinner she has every evening that is the same as ours (providing it is something suitable). Most dogs love anything you are eating, so we give her a small amount of our dinner. Tonight for instance she had chicken, carrots and brussel sprouts. Over the top I drizzle a small amount of cod liver oil and crush a vitamin tablet Trilanco SA-37 which keeps staining away from her eyes as she is a white Bichon Frise.
On the occasions where we are maybe going out or what we are eating I wouldn't consider suitable, I buy economy mince in a big pack and split it into small potions - raw, freeze it and take one out to give to her.0 -
