EON how to request bill
I hope the EON rep is around.
We have been with EON saveonline2 which is coming to an end at the end of august. I really want to stay with EON but EDF fix is £200 per annum cheaper than EONs fix. I think very reluctantly we will have to switch to EDF.
My question is how do I request a bill? We pay by direct debit and submit regular readings online. Do I ring to request a bill or can it be done online. I realise that we won't get the discount for the final bill so am thinking of asking for an interim one. Should I click the button to do the switch first and when do EDF tell EON we are switching?
We have been really pleased with EOn and and gutted that they can't match EDF prices.
Thanks

if you have access to your account online, it has all your bills in PDF format.0

Hi, here I am
You can request a bill via your online account, this is called the real time billing.
To do this, just log in to your online account as normal and click on 'meter readings' enter your up to date readings and click 'submit readings'. A balance of how much you have used since your last bill will appear on screen and you will either have the option to request the bill or treat this as information only.
Hope this helps.
I am also sorry that you have decided to leave us.

Thanks Helena
I'm still hoping that next time I put my bill details in the comparison sites EON will come out top! Really don't want to switch.:sad:0
