Help please! item paid for at a lower price

Can any one help please
I have brought some goods from a company that was advertised at a much lower price but having seen it at the lower price for 3 days previous we decided to buy the item
Payment has been taken from my account already ...
But today i recieved an email stating that the price was incorrect and if i want the item will need to pay the full price for the item.
Do i have any rights as the payments already gone out

no - usually not a contract formed till goods dispatched - you will find this in the terms of the sale ont he website where you made the purchase.

They don't have to honour the price listed, and given you know it was really cheap it makes no difference how long the price was there, just because it was like that for three days doesn't change your rights I am afraid.
  • thanks for the reply thats really helpful cheers
