Online Payslips - Mortgage

(Apologies if this is a really stupid question!)
I have just started a new job, and the payslips are sent via an online datatbase. You log in and can view all your payslips, and print them if you want to.
If a mortgage company was to ask for a payslip(s) as proof of income/employment, would they accept a printout of an online one, or only a hard copy originally sent by the employer?

If they require definitive evidence the lender could write directly to your employer for confirmation.0

Many mortgage companies accept online payslips (and bank statements) these days. Ask them, but be prepared and ask your HR department what you'd have to do to arrange hard copies

Just had exactly the same issue. (You don't work for DfT do you?)
I had to raise a service ticket and get official copies sent. Took two days for the payslips to arrive in the post.0 -
I had a similar issue and HBoS were happy to accept copies printed by me. They understood electronic payslips were becoming increasingly common. You just need to ask your mortgage provider what they need to see.3.9kWp solar PV installed 21 Sept 2011, due S and 42° roof.

Nationwide recently accepted my self-printed online payslips - I never mentioned they were self-printed and they never asked. I did submit my P60 which is standard (old style) format.0
