AOL autofix & 'lost' internet explorer..HELP!

Hi All!

Last couple of weeks, both explorer (not that we ever use it) & AOL have been telling us to clik on their system auto upgrades.

Done this & now.... Explorer wont work - has to close after around 1minute & thats it!

AOL on the other hand, when it displays an Autofix, this too only gets just into the procedure, then cancels, telling us that 'due to changes...' it can't procede!!

So should we be doing something else - even thought of removing explorer, in case that's causing the problem - is this wise, as we do have Firefox, too & that's fine?

Any thoghts appreciated - thanks in advance!!
