BT Problems - No Line After nearly 2 months - Lies

After so many lies from bt order department in india when my line is being installed, im totally fed up with them. Ive had so many dates nearly 2 months I just cannot count. I even spoke to someone in head office today and they logged into openreach system and said on for today and could have guess one one turned up.
Ive even complained via bt.com complaints from and lady has promised that the line would be installed last Friday 22nd, then I called after no one turning up and got told that sorry not today, and then Monday 25th July, then got told will be done by end of the day today, no one turning up and no calls, im so fed up now.
The story goes, when I took on property, was a new build, there was bt ducting from what look outside coming inside. I ordered my line and broadband on 6th June, got install date 20th June, guy came and said ducting has been put in wrong by bt contractors as inside pipe and outside pipe goes no where, so will need to dig path up and connect your line up, he put in internal work and said as the cabinet (in floor) in only 2m away, shouldnt be a big job and will be back within a week, 1 week gone and I called and after this I have spoke to many supervisors (india call centre) order management and gave me so many different date and missed appointments and all they have to say is sorry. No one calls me, im just left in the dark. If someone tell me this is the date, then that should be the date, ok things go wrong, but come on to not call me and tell me whats going on is rude and very unprofessional.
I wonder if anyone can help me here. Im not sure how to proceed with getting bt to do the work.

Indian supervisor called and said ducting has been installed today, he lied. As I said if he didnt call back with an update before 2pm I would go down to head office. Im still thinking of driving down there and making some noise.Kind Regards

Still no contact from bt, lady called today to say we will have to wait to 5th August for an update from openreach.Kind Regards
