I have all his reports from OT, Physio, Portage, SALT, Ed Psych and Paed so that I can send them as evidence. Also have reports from the sleep team and the incontinence service.

I know its getting harder to apply, so I want to be prepared!
Pay off all my debts before Christmas 2015 #165.

My DLA was up for review in April and I got my new forms early December. I sent back lots of evidence and got GP, physio and psychologist to write letters of support which I sent in with forms. I sent it all off mid January but didnt hear anything for 12 weeks. Eventually they wrote to confirm continuation of claim at the same rates and it was all processed with no break. It is truly horrible filling those forms in and I couldnt have done it without the support of my Kids Dad.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

My son's form came in February, his award ended early May. I returned the forms about mid-April and got the new award 2 weeks later. Seeing how long some decisions are taking now, I think I would return the forms earlier next time (his award is 5 years.)
Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it!
