The kittens are now just over 3 weeks, one is pretty much walking others are almost there. All four of them are quite chunky, few people have commented on their roundness lol.
Ive googled re introducing solid food weaning with kittens but pretty much conflicting advice.
Can anyone head me in the right direction anythin particular I should buy??
thanks.

I hand reared three kittens myself and the most fun part was weaning! I used a weaning food made by Royal Canin (available from vets and pet shops) but it's a dry food and they weren't very keen on this until I mushed it up with some good quality kitten wet food (I used a pouch made by Hills and Whiskas kitten). I found it best to mush the food up on a saucer, put them in an enclosure with towels on the floor and just let them get messy. They don't take to it straight away and will have more fun paddling with it but they'll learn eventually that it is food! Watch them all to make sure they're still gaining weight.
