truly annoyed. Just ordered and paid for the ASOS dress and it's come up with the following, despite not having exceed the 2 hour hold policy!!!

The most common resolution for this problem is to delete the cookies on your PC. To do this, please click on the ‘Tools’ tab at the top of your Internet Browser, the select ‘Internet Options’. On the first screen that pops up, select ‘Delete Cookies’ then click ‘OK’. Please then close down the open browser window, re-open it and come back to asos.com. You should then not experience any further basket problems.
If deleting your cookies has not worked, please make sure your PC is up to date. Instructions on how to do this can be found here:
