I can't really think of a good reason why it's not a good idea unless you're not a landlord. Perhaps, someone else knows of some good reasons?FREEDOM IS NOT FREE0

Well I have buildings insurance via my management fees, its just the internals, that arent covered. And looking into landlords insurance it seems to offer much more than just contents.0

Its bloody essential...So far my LL insurance policy has paid out nearly £6000 for damage and loss of rent from a flood in Dec....0

Is it better to purchase LL insurance through an approved LL association? I am right in assuming that all these costs can be offset against profit when it comes to submitting yrly tax returns0
