British Gas do I have to buy a new boiler from them?

Have "googled" my boiler and found several companies which supply spare parts, so next time British Gas try and rubbish my boiler I shall suggest they too look at the services offered by these companies to supply the spare parts.
It is not pleasant for BG customers, or a relaxing working environment for the engineers to have this constant pressure to sell something every time they do a service.0
