anyone had any dealings with them?they phoned us up about 4 mnoths gao saying we qualified for a special offer ktichen in our area and could a rep pop ronud,we said ok as had been thinking about a new kitchen and wouldnt do any harm to look,so rep arrived(very loud, brash blonde with tits hanging out and mini skirt on,maybe this was her way of getting people to buy a kitchen was my 1st thought)she arrived at 3.30 and spent about the 1st hr talking about anything bar kitchens, eventually she got round to the subject,as we have a autistic son he needs to be in a routine so i started making dinner at 5.30 ish and even at 6.45 when we hd dinenr on the table she was still there(take the hint love i tohught)anyway we agreed to a kitchen thought it was nice and price we thought wasnt bad with discount £7000,so signed osme forms and she left, after dinenr we looked at small print and turns out they added on £8500 intrest(as it was payable over 10 years)so turns out kitchen would cost £15500:eek: i had cash coming from a inheritance and told her i would have it by march next year so could we pay a depsoist and blanace in march or hold price til lthen she said no discount only applies for 7 days,so we cancelled it,was told her manager had to come down to fill cancellation form out,he wasj ust as pushy tried to offer us same kitchen with £1500 knocked off we said no will still cancel,i had payed £100 deposit on my credit card, which i presumed would be returned but it wasnt(that was 6 weeks ago,not sure if to late to claim it back now?) i would advise anyone to steer clear of space kitchens very very pusdhy sales peopel who wont leave and wont take no for a answer

Have you spoken to your credit card company to see if they will do a chargeback - worth a try!

Think what you need to remember in these situations is to read the small print before you sign anything - regardless of how rushed you are!

Dont think it will be too long after only a couple of months - think its doable upto 6months or a year - just give them a ring and see what they say!
