we have offered on a couple of nice places, but the sellers wont budge. they are crazy not to sell at a knock down rate in order to benefit me. crazy I tells ya! greedy home owning b'stards!
If there not willing to sell at market rate they won't sell will they.
Sure its something to do with that supply and demand thing the bulls love so much.

Although things are not great with uncertainty, they have been a lot worse!Plan

4) Ensure house is nice, suitable, safe, and located - (Done)
