I ordered on wed and my delivery came with the free beach towel (I got the pink and white -Board angels one) Pleased as I managed to get some Adidas shorts down to £5.99 with free delivery and free beach towel Thanks OP

That is absolute carp, excuse me but that really gives me the hump. You should phone them back and tell them that this offer was still being promoted on there website on Friday, which it was as I checked when I phoned. I thought they may try that with me and was ready to tell them that they shouldnt be still advertising it if it had finished.I also made a point of telling them that the only reason I ordered it was because of the free towel!! My order was only for £7.99 and they said it was an error that it hadnt been sent out.

I ordered 25/07/11 @ 12:55 and got the free gift.

Hi

I never even realised that they were running the free towel promotion untill one turned up with an order by surprise.

I placed 3 orders over the space of a couple of days and actually recieved 2 orders with towels and 1 without. I think that whoever picked your order and one of mine, couldn't be bothered to put in a towel.

The orders where I recieved the towels were placed on the 26th and 27th, also the order which I never recieved the towel was placed on the 26th.

I have emailed customer services to see what they say and here is their response.

I am tempted to email back and state that the free towels are now showing as being in stock on their website, (do a search on the website for "towel") and could they send me one over - LOL

It's only a towel I know, but its the principle, if they have genuinely ran out of stock fair enough, but they shouldn't offer something and not fulfill orders.
