    My order arrived yesterday with no towel. I phoned them and they apologised and are sending it out so give them a ring:)

    CS say I didn't order in time (which I dispute as I ordered not long after the OP's post). Me thinks its because it was a small order and they don't want to honour it as I got the free postage as well. M&M are now on my blacklist of shyster companies!
