Littlewoods - incomplete item

I recently ordered a JVC Micro System from Littlewoods, advertised in their catalogue as £499 reduced to £189. Item arrived and checked contents as per instruction leaflet/installation booklet and found AM Antenna missing, contacted Littlewoods who arranged return/replacement. Second stereo arrived - AM Antenna missing again. Contacted Littlewoods who failed to return my call, had to chase them constantly, finally got told today that "because the AM Antenna was not listed in the specification it was not included" despite two pieces of information inside the box clearly stating this should be supplied - I also contacted JVC who confirmed it should be supplied. Littlewoods then said that if i wanted to order the missing item from JVC they would reimburse me - how about them paying me for doing their job for them. JVC also stated that this stereo would never, in a million years, be priced at £499 and even at £189 its very overpriced. I am returning the second stereo and will not use Littlewoods again. I pity anyone else that orders this item.
