    For your immediate concerns, very little. They can take you to court, the can get a CCJ. If they don't have your bank details, then given that you're currently homeless, you really have more pressing matters to worry about.

    If you can reach a payment arrangement with them (which will involve having someone agree to receive mail so you can get it in writing), then so much the better, but if not, try and attend court (should they go that far - they may not) to put your case forward. If you're able to make any payments in the meantime (even if it's just popping into the shop and giving them £2 every few weeks), try and do so. Yes, it'll mean the staff will give you grief - if they give you so much grief that you're not prepared to put up with it, stop going but make sure you tell the magistrate why you haven't been keeping up even token payments.

    thank you the thing is i havent got an adress to recieve post so if they did apply for a court order how would i know if i dont receive any mail and i dont have anybody to recieve mail ive told my sis to send any letters back marked not known at this adress?

    new developments im having wood decking 10ft by 7ft with a disabled acsess ramp built plus washing machine plumbed in outside, for 1650pnds inc it works out to 13sq metres of decking ? ive painted the bedroom light green to match the curtains and carpet and duvet cover thats in there, been underneath van insulating central heating and water pipes with rolls of loft insulation and climatex foam, poss have it skirted all round early nxt yr been quoted 750pnds for that?
