The silly seller I was talking about previously has received her jewellery back and I have asked her to refund me via paypal as that is how I paid. She says that they do not have enough funds in paypal to refund and will pay me into my bank account. Is there any potential problems with this? Not sure whether to insist on paypal and wait or give her the details to refund that way...

No problems at all and if both banks are part of the Fastpay system, you should have the money near instantaneously.0

For her though there are a lot of risks as she won't be able to prove that she refunded you, so a really silly seller.
For you, much better as your money is back much quicker.0
