Currently on JSA but may lose this if I get sanctioned (long story) my mother is a widow, receives contribution based state pension topped up with a small amount of pension credit (about £20) she also gets full council tax benefit (she pays none) will me losing my benefit have any impact on what she gets - I know the state pension she gets because it is based on contributions cannot be affected but what about the pension credit/council tax benefit?
any info appreciated

You need to apply for hardship and your mother needs to advise Ct of your revised income and claim a discount on the basis of your low income. Doubt that will affect her liability. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
