Hi, I wonder if anyone can tell me where i can find a larger Iceland store in notts, I have been to mansfield/sutton/hucknall, but all smallish stores with not alot of choice.
Have some vouchers to spend and wondered if anyone knows of a bigger/flagship store in notts for a better product selection, thanks?

That link doesnt tell you the size of each store, what about arnold or retford stores. Maybe try surrounding counties0

well maybe you could ring the store(and speak to the manager) and politely ask if the store is big in size. Could you not just buy stuff you would use but maybe in 2 trips, just an idea.0 -
all i can tell you is, worksops is bigger than retfords. no idea what makes a large store, so not sure if worksops would cater to your needs. hope this helps a bit.Opinion on everything, knowledge of nothing.0

theres one on bulwell high street, one on beeston high street but they're about the same size. biggest one I've been to is on carlton hill, but thats not massive only around 7 aisles and stuff all round the sides.
when you say "big" - how big are we talking?!0 -
I've found the size of the store doesn't make much difference. We have a HUGE store opened last year nearby BUT can never find anything in there we'd want to buy - it's full of Pizza, burgers etc. and very unhealthy ready meals - total carp! Gone in quite a few times hoping they had got better but we can never find anything in there. 6 miles away is a MUCH smaller store which has FAR more selection and healthier options. It's very easy to buy more than our freezer would hold in there.
I think a lot depends on the manager - a fast/junk food addict who doesn't like meat, fish & veggies must be at our local. I wouldn't think it's too much to do with what the locals buy as most people shop in both towns - the smaller store is in a town with far more shops and loads of free parking.0 -
I found that most of the food in there is "junk food". I used to go there when I first went on maternity leave as they delivered (I can't drive and couldn't carry much with my newborn buggy) but felt like I wasnt eating very healthily and the cons outweighed the pros.
having said that, they do sell weightwatchers meals lmao!0 -
crystal peaks is bigger than worksops0

I know streetview is 3 years old, but you can have a look at the size of the Icelands nearby before setting off (providing they were open 3 years ago)0
