Bristow and Sutor are the baliffs....Shropshire County Council.

and yes to the levy...i let the guy in last year when he came to discuss my arrears with council tax. It was only when i signed the agreement that he explained that if i didnt pay this amount they would come and take my tv, dvd, dining room table and chairs and two sideboards. He was disappointed that my tv was an old one...he asked me why i didnt have a flat screen tv...to which i informed him that if i could afford a flat screen tv i wouldnt be in debt...would I?

Thanks for your help, i will get a letter off to the ceo of our council today.
