Hiya, I've had a look on YouTube - it looks so fast! :rotfl:

I want to know about is as our local Douglas Macmillan is having a Zumbathon to raise funds soon and I'm thinking of doing it.
I know I won't be any good but it's for a good cause.

Hello! It's great fun, I'd recommend it. I'd say it's like a a non-strict dance class. It doesn't matter if you don't know the moves, everyone goes everywhere in the class I go to! It's the best form of exercise I've done in a long time, you don't realise how hard you've worked until you've got jelly legs walking home.0

Ive been a few times its fun and addictive, yes it can be fast but go at your own pace and after few classes you will know the routine x good luck xxx:A :j0

Hi, I've done it. wore trainers , not particularly expensive ones , sports bra, sleeveless exercise t shirt + stretchy exercise pants. Take water as it gets very hot . It was very energetic but fun and I'm not particularly fit . Go and have a try !0

I take my inhalers before I go. I bought KSwiss trainers on ebay for £4.99 light weight and perfect. They are running trainers. You need to bring water as you will sweat!
Its fun and don't worry about not keeping up just go at your own pace and have fun. The girl who takes my class changes the routines every six weeks adding new ones and retiring others.0
