Does anyone please know if you can download these forms. Whenever my dear neighbour has to attend the cashiers office is always closed so she cannot get a refund. Can anyone please tell me if there's a website I could print her one off from? She has one of the exception white cards

    Or you call the number on the exemption certificate, and they send you out a dozen forms or so so that you've got plenty, which is even better than having to download and print them out at your own cost.
