Pension Advice - Typical Charges

How much would be typical for a chartered financial planner to charge for advice on a £50k pension? This is done on fees paid to them and not commission.
Also, how much percentage charge per year for them to manage via a WRAP account.
Thanks in advance.
P.S. Is fund based commission the same as trailing commission?
