What's the best address / contact to query with HRMC as I think I may have been overpaying my tax?

After entering my figures backdating to 2003 for grosspay/tax codes I work out I've overpaid by approx £1200

I was on emergency tax for 6 months last year i too am due a refund. Sent off my letter back in March, still not received a penny off them yet due to errors which are down to them :mad:
anyway i sent my original letter to the address mentioned on the link ..

ETA ..dont forget to include your NI number and dont expect a response straight away. I was informed that it takes them 6 weeks before your letter is looked at..

You won't be able to go as far back as 2003 though.-
