I'm going up to Wrexham for the National Eisteddfod next week. We won't be spending all of our time there so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of activities/ interesting things to do in the area?

Also the Chirk viaduct and aqueduct.
And have a walk through 'Old Darkie'.
Stay in the Moreton Park Hotel - great value.
Visit the Garden and Leisure centre next door.
