Tax Credits and Disability Element Question

Hi,

We have been awarded DLA for my 4 year old Son
We have received the Middle Rate Care Component for him

When I rang Tax Credits to inform them the change I did not ask how much we will be entitled to I called them 11th July and still has not been changed in my award.

My Partner and I currently work and have annual income of approx £29,000 PA. - Will this mean we will not be entitled to much as we only receive approx £10 a week at the moment

I am acutally leaving my job 28th July so I will be calling the Tax Credits Dept back when I have left to report the change even though I tried to change it when I called about the disability element for my son.

Does anyone know roughly how much we will receive if any?
July 2010 - started comping
Wins - 3, 45g Milka Alpine Milk chocolate, Max Factor Make Up :j,Cushelle Koala,

When I was receiving the disability element for my Daughter - 18 months ago - the premium for disability was fifty something pounds each week extra.

According to the HMRC site it is now £53 per week

According to this link the amount now is £53 per week http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/taxcredits/payments-entitlement/other-benefits/affect-taxcredit

    That link is dead.

I am interested to know about the disability element as I receive DLA but apparently we earn to much to be awarded any tax credits. (shared income of 35k, 2 kids). And we apparently owe them 7k from last yr. :(

Yeah sorry , I realised the link was broken and so I removed it.

I will have a look for another link but if you are not entitled to tc's as you earn too much then you WONT be entitled to any disability premium . This disability premium we are talking about is for tc claimants who have a disability or a disabled child.
