  • I have just opened a lovely letter from Pets at Home apologising profusely. The gift of the suet fairy cakes (with the accidental live maggots) cost £3.99 and they sent me some gift vouchers.

    I received £20 worth !!!! I was only expecting a £5 - how very kind of them.

    Welshy x

Welshy, that is a great outcome! Excellent service from Pets At Home:) Good to see that there is still good customer service out there. I am going to keep my wee eyes peeled now for ' Welshys Wiggly Wonders - Melting moments of Birdy Pleasure' Hey, you could use your £20 as your initial outlay to buy all the maggots you need to make your product;)
