i stupidly dyed some of chops' clothes by washing them with my new pair of jeans. it never crossed my mind and they are all now a nice shade of grey..
mr mob brought some 'rescue it colour run' from tesco and i followed the instructions and it hasnt worked, everything is still grey.
am i within my right to take the empty carton back to tesco and claim a refund? do i need to take my ruined washing with me as proof? is there anything else i can buy/try to restore the original purples, pinks and creams and whites?
