We had out Child tax review letter back in April and we are on income support and DLA but do we ahve to call them up before 31st July to renew as our income wont change?
it does say at the bottom of the letter that if they dont hear from us by July 31st they will treat the annual review as correct and complete for the award period.
so it is right and just am worried that our payments will stop if we dont contact them anyway by end of July.
Any advice please.

if it says don't contact them, basically with IS etc all the agenices work together, so they will know what you have coming in financally.
I'm in same boat as you, but still rang just to be on the safe side, they said it was all ok, but sometimes its just the reassurance that you need.xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
I am on income support and my son on DLA, and yet I was asked to sign and return a document. If you haven't been then I would say you are ok not to do so, but any paperwork that states it has to be signed and returned needs to be. It's odd, that there seems to be different instructions this year.Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it!0

I was never moved onto child tax - got a letter some years ago explaining that I might be changed but I get a payment for a child added onto IS as part of IS which has always been there, so I am not able to advise except to say you could do what mum2one has done and ring them for peace of mind.“How people treat you becomes their karma; how you react becomes yours.”0
