Keep cats off dining table

mine have never got on worktops or tables, but try leaving some orance or lemon oil/peel on the table in a few saucers, cats don't really like citrus.Cats don't have owners - they have staff!!DFW Long Hauler Supporter No 1500

Occasionally I'll hear a quiet thud as one jumps down from the table or worktop. If I run to the door I may see one of them with a guilty look on their face.
This is during the day when they're asleep most of the time. I'd rather not know what they get up to at night.
I'd doubt anyone who said their (active & healthy) cat, when given full access, didn't go anywhere it shouldn't.
