Reclaiming PPI

Hi,

I currently have my debts managed by the CCCS who are great. I have loans that i took out over 10 years ago but am still paying off via the CCCS, do i have any rights to try and reclaim the PPI? I'm not sure if i was mis-sold or not..

If you do get a payout, the money will most likely be used to reduce the debt rather than being paid in cash - which still makes it worthwhile looking into.

Thanks! i guess i would need to advise the CCCS if i proceed down this route?

It depends what kind of arrangement you have with them.

However, you can start the complaint process regardless, it would only be relevant to CCCS if you are offered any form of payment (i.e. compensation / refund).
