Qoolqee MP3 and Mac OS 9.2.2

I bought a Qoolqee X3 MP3 player after reading a thread in the Grabbit forum. I can't get it to work with my iMac G3 which runs on OS 9.2.2. When I plug it in there's no icon appears although it is recognised in Apple System Profiler/Devices and Volumes.
I've tried Audion and iTunes 2.0.4 and neither will send any music to it, they don't 'see' it. Can anyone offer any help?

Doesn't the software they supplied (Mediasync) work with a Mac?0

No. There are only three files. The User Manual in PDF form which I can read, and an EXE file and an INF file both of which are for windows applications and cannot be opened by Mac software.0
